As part of the High Pay Centre's series of events at Party Conferences this season, this panel debate will bring together speakers from a wide range of political, business and media backgrounds to discuss what fair pay within a business environment should look like and how businesses should reform to improve fairness and trust.
The panel will include:

Will Hutton, Principal, Hertford College, Oxford
Rachel Reeves, MP for Leeds West and Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury
The panel will be chaired by Deborah Hargreaves, Director of the High pay Centre
