Cliff Weight has been a remuneration consultant for 27 years. He is an executive director of MM&K, the leading independent remuneration consultant, and has been a non-executive director of the remuneration committees of two hedge funds. He is also a member of the Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Committee, the Editorial Board of Executive Compensation Briefing and is the author of Bloomsbury Publishing’s Directors’ Remuneration Handbook.
