Executive pay continues to rise sharply while wages for everyone else have stagnated. How can we encourage good business performance and help employees feel engaged in their companies? This panel debate will bring together speakers from a wide range of business, academic and political backgrounds to discuss what fair pay actually looks like within a business environment and whether the Conservatives can be the party to promote this goal.
The panel will include:
Nadhim Zahawi, Conservative MP for Stratford upon Avon
Anthony Browne, Chief Executive British Bankers Association
Ruth Bender, Cranfield School of Management
Frances O’Grady, General Secretary TUC
The panel will be chaired by Deborah Hargreaves, Director of the High Pay Centre.
The event is free of charge and open to all. If you are interested in attending, please email hannah.orourke@highpaycentre.org.
