Media coverage of High Pay Hour 2024
This year it took a typical FTSE 100 CEO less than 30 hours to get paid what the typical UK worker gets paid in a year.
This meant that the typical FTSE 100 CEO would only need to work until 1pm on 4th January – what we have coined as ‘High Pay Hour’ to be paid the typical UK worker’s wage of £34,963.
High Pay Hour was widely reported on by national UK media outlets including the Guardian, BBC News, Sky, the Mirror, Metro, Daily Mail and The Independent.
