Video Launch: The Effect of Excessive Top Pay on Income Inequality in the UK

Please join the High Pay Centre and the Inequality Briefing as we launch our new short film on the effect of excessive top pay on income inequality in the UK.  This is the second short film in a series on inequality. The first can be viewed here, while you can sign up to our regular ‘Inequality Briefing’ here.  The launch of the film will be accompanied by a panel discussion on income inequality issues and different models used in other European countries.  Stephen Kinnock, Labour Party Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for AberavonGuardian journalist Polly Toynbee and Rob de Vries, research fellow at the Sutton trust, associate fellow at dept of sociology, Oxford University and consultant to the Inequality Briefing will participate in the panel discussion which will be moderated by High Pay Centre Director Deborah Hargreaves.  A drinks reception will follow the discussion.  This event is free of charge.  However, spaces are extremely limited.  If you would like to attend please email kathryn.nash@highpaycentre.org.
