The High Pay Centre is delighted to invite you to an international conference on the future of women in the boardroom, in partnership with the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung London and The Guardian.

We will be asking why there is such a low percentage of women on boards across Europe and how this imbalance can be addressed. Hearing from representatives of countries where quota systems are in place, we will ask whether quotas are the right solution in the UK and Europe.

This conference will include two panels, one focused on the view from abroad and the other on the debate within the UK.
